Direct Home Delivery

What is DHD (Direct Home Delivery) and how does it work?

Direct Home Delivery or also known as dropship, allows your business to sell products without having to hold any stock or deal with deliveries. As a manufacturer, stock will always be available, every product is made to order there is no hassle of updating inventories, saving you time, money and warehousing costs.

– Delivery is booked in with your customer directly via our couriers, they will arrange a date/time directly with the customer, failure to accept delivery on agreed dates may result in additional charges.
– Delivery is ground floor only, we do have room of choice options, please get in touch with us for a quote.
– Unless their is access to lifts, couriers will not take goods up stairs
– It is the responsibilty of the customer to check goods have been received in good condition before signing for it
– Couriers are not liable for any damages caused due to inadequate space
– Assembly is not provided and packaging removal is not provided
– There are certain postcode exclusions and surcharge areas, please refer to info tab on pricelists

Showroom Delivery

– Couriers will get in touch with the contacts provided by you to arrange delivery to your showroom/warehouse
– It is the responsibilty of the retailer to check goods have been received in good condition before signing for it

Collections

– Collections will need to be booked in prior to collection, please contact us to book in a time and date
– It is the responsibilty of the retailer to check goods have been received in good condition before signing for it

Lead times

– Beds 4 weeks from date of payment of order
– Sofas 6-8 weeks from date of payment of order

Please note – There maybe delays beyond our control, i.e. shortage of materials, delays with couriers. In the unlikely event should these cases arise we will inform you prior.
